New Process Water Treatment Equipment with Micro Sand Loading for

Product Description The micro sand loading multi effect clarification integrated
equipment is a new process equipment that uses micron level
selected quartz sand as a carrier on the basis of the existing
high-efficiency sedimentation tank to enhance the water treatment
effect.The equipment combines key technologies such as dosing
coagulation,micro sand enhanced flocculation,efficient
sedimentation,mud sand separation,and micro sand circulation.By
loading the microsand medium,the flocculation effect was
strengthened and the sedimentation rate was improved.The integrated
equipment for micro sand loading and multi effect clarification
ishighly integrated,with a surface load of 40-65m3/m2.h in the
sedimentation section and a total residence time of less than 20
minutes.The water treatment effect of the equipment:SS and TP
removal rates exceed 90%,COD removal rates reach up to 40%,with TP
effluent stable below 0.1mg/Land effluent turbidity stable below
5mg/L.Mainly used in areas such as overflow pollution
control,municipal sewage plant tail water standard improvement,and
pre-treatment of water plants.
