How It Works
Chemical Preparation: Powdered agents are fed from the hopper to
the mixer, blended with water, and stored in solution tanks.
Micro-Sand Flocculation: Chemicals and recycled micro-sand form
dense flocs for rapid contaminant binding.
Shallow Air Flotation: Micro-bubbles lift flocs to the surface,
where a scraper removes the scum layer.
Recycling: Micro-sand is recovered, cleaned, and reused, ensuring
minimal waste.

Application field
WPJ integrated dissolving dosing device is an advanced dosing
system that configures the powdered agent into a certain
concentration of liquid and accurately doses it to the dosing
point, which is mainly used for the preparation and dosing of
polymer solution in water supply system, circulating water system
and sludge dewatering system.

Project The construction of the project has the following characteristics:
1. The construction period of the project is short: dismantle the
original equipment, install new equipment and commission, a total
of one week.
2. Small footprint: dismantle the original hydroxyapatite filter
and sedimentation tank and replace it with a special fluoride
removal air flotation tank, reducing the floor area by one-third.
3. Stable effluent: The effluent of the equipment is stable and up
to standard, and the effluent is less affected by the fluctuation
of inlet water quality, which changes the problem that the effluent
of the filter is easy to exceed the standard.
